The Cadets is one of the world's oldest and most honored continually operating drum and bugle corps with members ages 16 to 22 from all over the country and world. The corps was founded in Garfield, N.J. in 1934 as the Holy Name Cadets and has won 10 American Legion National Championships and 10 Drum Corps International World Championships. The Cadets travel an average of 15,000 miles nationwide each summer, competing and performing for hundreds of thousands of fans.

   is a regionally performing drum and bugle corps made up of approximately 128 young men and women ages 16 to 25 that competes in the Drum Corps Associates circuit. Founded in 2012 as a weekend-only alternative to the 10-time DCI World Champion Cadets nationally touring ensemble, Cadets 2 maintains The Cadets' standard of excellence while offering a more time- and cost- effective drum corps experience to young people in and around the Lehigh Valley.

USBands  serves as a competitive circuit for scholastic music programs nationwide, providing world-class performance venues and the best adjudication to tens of thousands of students. Each year, over 700 scholastic ensembles participate in 150 USBands-sanctioned events. The organization is divided into three seasonal departments: USBands Fall for competitive marching band, USBands Winter for competitive indoor color guard and percussion, and USBands Concert for symphonic festivals.

Xcape
  offers low-cost, comprehensive dance education to Allentown youth ages 6 to 22. Class offerings include ballet, jazz, hip-hop and contemporary/modern dance. Xcape aims to inspire and motivate students while fostering an appreciation for the arts. Instructors provide a fun and nurturing environment where students of all personalities and backgrounds can explore their creativity while learning valuable life skills such as teamwork, self discipline and work ethic.

Aaron Vogel
Brass Instructor, The Cadets

Aaron Vogel is the Director of Bands at Westwood High School in Mesa, AZ and the Music Director for the Phoenix Youth Symphony Chamber Winds and Symphonic Winds.

Mr. Vogel has previously served on the brass staff for The Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps, and on the instructional staff and as brass caption head for the Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps. He also served as the conductor and music director for the Blue Knights' performance at the 2014 Toayuan International Band Festival in Toayuan, Taiwan. As a performer, Aaron was an original cast member in the Tony and Emmy award-winning production of Blast! in London's West End and a marching member of the Crossmen Drum & Bugle Corps.

Before relocating to Phoenix, Aaron taught in public schools in Colorado at Fossil Ridge and Loveland High Schools; and in North Carolina at Southeast Guilford Middle School. While at Fossil Ridge, the band program was selected to receive the "National Programs of Excellence Blue Ribbon Award" from the National Band Association. The Wind Symphony performed on the National stage as a Featured Ensemble at the 2012 Music for All National Concert Band Festival and was an Honor Performing Ensemble at the 2012 Colorado Music Educators Conference. While at Loveland High School, the wind symphony performed at the 2010 Western International Band Clinic and at the 2011 Colorado Music Educators Conference.

Aaron's marching ensembles have consistently been ranked among the best in their class at State and National competitions. The Westwood Marching Band was selected as a "top ten" finalist and performed at the 2015 Arizona State Marching Band Championships. In addition, the Westwood Marching Band concluded their 2015 season with the highest placement in school history. While in Colorado, Aaron's marching ensembles earned eight consecutive trips as Finalists to the Colorado State Marching Band Competition, including being named the 2012 and 2013 Class 5A State Champions with the Loveland High School "Crimson Regiment." In addition, the Crimson Regiment finished in 2nd place in class 2A at the 2008 Bands of America San Antonio Super Regional.

Aaron received a Bachelor of Music in Music Education fro Ithaca College and a Masters in Music Education and Wind Conducting from the University of Colorado at Boulder where he studied with Allan McMurray and was a Graduate Teaching Assistant. 

Aaron lives in Phoenix with his wife Becky and is a native of Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
