Ben Regalado


Ben Regalado is an Ambulatory Practice Manager at the Musculoskeletal Center at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. He has previously worked in a variety of administrative positions including as a healthcare practice administrator, management consultant, revenue cycle and contracting advisor, marketing management and political campaign manager and consultant.

Ben has decades of experience in the marching arts, including his participation as the founding president of Carolina Thunder Percussion Ensemble in the late 1990s. From 1990-2000 he served as volunteer and board member with Carolina Crown, including serving as Treasurer, Vice President and President. Additionally, Ben served as a Board Administrator and Interim COO for Inspire Arts & Music in 2015. In both 2014 and 2015, he volunteered with Cadets2 before volunteering with The Cadets in 2016 - 2018. He has also worked with USBands since 2007 as an announcer, assistant event coordinator and event coordinator in Maryland. In furthering his participation in the marching arts, Ben is a Level 1 graduate and Level 2 student of the Marching Roundtable Judges Academy.

In his personal life, Ben is married to his wife Babet with whom he has four children; Michael, Ryan, Daniel and Jordan. All four have been or are currently active in the marching arts with Michael marching with The Cadets 2012 - 2014 and Daniel marching Cadets2 2014 - 2015 and The Cadets 2016 - present. Ryan served as a drum major in high school and Jordan often volunteers at USBands events when he is not participating in them.
