Bachelor of Science, Music Education - Towson University

Nicholas Franck will be joining The Cadets Brass Staff for the 2019 season. A graduate of Towson University, Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education, with trumpet being his primary instrument. Currently, Nick is a music educator with Baltimore County Public Schools. He teaches at Northwest Academy of Health Sciences, a magnet middle school in Pikesville, Maryland. In addition to his work in BCPS, Nick is also a member of the Stevenson University Marching Band educational team. At the SUMB, Nick primarily works with the trumpets and mellophones.

As a drum corps performer, Nick began his marching career with Cadets2 in the summer of 2013. The following year, Nick went on to perform with The Cadets, where he marched for a total of four seasons (2014-2017) until his age-out in 2017.

In 2018, Nick was presented with the opportunity to return to Cadets2 as the mellophone technician and member of the brass staff.

This season, Nick is honored once again to return to his home team(s) and continue to give back to the organizations that provided him with so much opportunity.
