Thanks to people like you, The Cadets have built one of the strongest communities of fans, parents, alumni, educators, and volunteers, which helps greatly in providing a world-class experience for our members.
“Cadet Quality” has become a standard for members, staff, and alumni as a touchstone of the legendary excellence the corps represents.
From buses to food to instruments it takes a dedicated group to ensure all the needs of our members are taken care of so that they can focus on their job — being the very best Cadet and the very best individual they can be.
In this year of renewal, the corps’ on-field program, The Unity Project, is about bringing Cadets new and old together. Along those same lines, off-the-field, The CommUNITY Project seeks to welcome 840 new and returning members — 10 for each year of the corps’ existence — into the fold via our Maroon & Gold Club.
All contributions to The 2018 Maroon & Gold Club are explicitly dedicated to the operational costs of The Cadets. These funds help the corps to offset the myriad of expenses from buses to food to instruments and more that it takes for 154 members plus the educators, volunteers and staff to travel down the road for 90 days each summer.
We are asking the Cadets family and the larger drum corps community as a whole to come together to contribute to the next chapter in the storied history of The Cadets by joining the Maroon & Gold Club.
But hurry, time is running out. In less than one month the 2018 season will be over and the members, staff and volunteers will return to their regular lives, forever changed by their experiences in this year’s 84th edition of the corps.
Your contribution can guarantee the 2019 Cadets, our 85th corps, will come out even stronger while the 2018 season exhibits The Cadets’ trademark determination, perseverance, hard work, sacrifice and dedication to the sisters and brothers who marched this year and in the eight decades prior.
Join us by contributing to The CommUNITY Project and count yourself as an integral piece of The Cadets’ success and as a member of the Maroon & Gold Club.
The young women and men of The Cadets deserve the very best. Please join us with a tax- deductible contribution to the present and future of The Cadets. Please click here to make a generous donation to the 2018 Cadets and the corps of the future.
