Allexis (Lexy) Holland-Albaugh, originally from O'Fallon, Illinois, began her dance training at the age of two. She attended Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, studying under several renowned choreographers, including Jon Lehrer of Lehrer Dance and Paula David of Big Muddy Dance Company. In 2014 she obtained a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Dance, respectively. Following graduation, Lexy began choreographing and designing for programs throughout the Midwest.
Currently residing in Indianapolis, Lexy has been a movement choreographer and technician for Illinois-St. Louis Metro area, Indiana, and Ohio programs. These programs include Avidity Independent, Fishers HS, Bellbrook HS, Greenfield-Central HS, Artistry in Blue, AllegoriaWinterguard, and Allegiance Winterguard. She was the movement choreographer for the Mandarins Drum and Bugle Corps from 2012-2014. Currently, she is a movement technician for Center Grove HS.
Lexy has danced internationally, specifically throughout Japan, where she was a principal member of the Misawa Ballet Company. Throughout her 14 years being involved in the color guard activity, Lexy has performed with VivaceWinterguard (2007-2010), Avidity Independent (2011-2012), Pride of Cincinnati (2013-2016), and The Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps (2010-2011).
