‘Tis the Season to Embrace Community

Xcape pose downtownAllentown 2015As the holiday season’s most basic theme, giving, tends to get lost amidst the commercialization of the holiday, we at Youth Education in the Arts would like to take a moment to talk about what matters most to us this holiday season: community.

Throughout the year, we spend countless hours working together to create an outlet for young performers across the nation to express their creative spirit. The smiles on students' faces as they finish their performances at local community events, major venues like Lucas Oil and MetLife Stadiums, and hundreds of small-town stadiums across the country tell us it is absolutely worth our efforts.

We believe the experiences we create provide a nurturing atmosphere and will help local, national and international youth flourish into magnificent human beings.

As we approach the year's end and start planning for 2016, we are committed to the growth of all our very special programs. Be it Xcape or Cadets2 here in Allentown; USBands, our national scholastic band and choral circuit, or The Cadets national touring ensemble, we assure you that our hearts, minds, time and tireless efforts will be directed towards continuing educational opportunities for young people through the performing arts.

We could not continue to create these important experiences for young people without the generous support of the community in our hometown of Allentown and the Lehigh Valley. Please consider becoming a Friend of YEA! by making a tax-deductible donation today.

This holiday, forgo just one wrapped present and make a contribution that will create a tremendous opportunity for a young person.
