USBands' Event Staff is a network of former band alumni, band parents, fans, friends, supporters and drum corps alumni from across the country.
We are always looking for outgoing people who love band to join our team. Basic tech knowledge is a plus, but we are willing to train anyone who is willing to learn! The primary roles of our Fall Event Staff range from coordinating events to tabulating for our adjudicators.
Current Event Staff members may access their BandData accounts to update their availability and confirm or deny fall assignments.
Event Staff Guide
Our Event Staff Guide details the various roles, demands and expectations inherent to being a part of our team. By sticking to these guidelines, we ensure that each event provides all students, directors, parents and fans the best possible event experience.
Tabulators can use their BandData e-mail address and password to log in and tabulate events. Events will only go "live" on the actual date of the event, and remain so until 2 a.m. the following morning.
